🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you with updates.

Shipping Method: We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping across the U.S. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods or for qualifying order totals.

Delivery Timeframe: Typical delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Currently shipping within the U.S. only.

 

🌿 Return Policy – Verses of Light Collection

 

We’re honored to serve you and hope every item brings light and encouragement into your space. Because of the nature of our products, we’ve established the following return guidelines to ensure safety, integrity, and transparency:

 

🔁 Eligible Returns

  • Only unopened and undamaged items may be returned within five days of receipt of order.
  • A $10 handling fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items without original packaging

 

*** All sales, clearance or custom orders are considered final unless the item arrives damaged. ***

 

📦 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email support@volcollection.com within 48 hours of receipt with order number and concern.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging in order to help us file a claim and replace your item quickly.
  • Once inspected and approved, we’ll send instructions for return shipping.

 

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

💳 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
